The Concept of an Area Command Team
Sid: All of these issues that we see at these problems can be mitigated or solved with solid leadership. Sid talks about the concept called an area command team, which really was a result of after action reports from the 92 riots. LA County said there's got to be a better way to do this command and control structure when it's such a huge, overwhelming problem. So they organized what they call the area command teams.
