The Importance of Communication in Software Engineering

Software engineering and the data domain more broadly, it's becoming a lot more about what you've built than where you've worked or any of these more superficial things. Like if you're a public contributor to an open like anything open source and you're making a meaningful impact there, in my mind, that is just as impactful as having oh, I worked at XYZ company on your resume. Probably more. Because it's also public and like people can see the work that you've been doing. And yeah. So, I 100% agree with you.
