Ryan: I worry that the state of Florida is putting themselves in undue financial distress position by ensuring homes. At what point you know is the Ponzi scheme going to stop and who's going to be left holding the bag here, he asks. There's a lot of things that I could point a finger at that give me pause but it has nothing to do with sea level rise challenges or some other things which are predicated on insurance issues. The real estate investment organizationI would love to invest in a Florida property and I can't bring myself to do so because of insurance concerns. That’s just not the reality.
