The Importance of Listening
There's a model of leadership among certain types of CEOs that has worked, you say. You can be extroverted and involving and love the presence of people - still be deliberative. Deliberative doesn't necessarily have to be quiet; it could just be fairly wanting to build a winning culture. To me sort of urgency, but the willingness to listen, are not naturally contradictory.
