Meditation - The Magic Number

For me, the magic number is about 20 minutes. And i think a lot of it has nothing to do with what's going on in my head. Ad has everything to do with sitting still, completely still, and breathing deeply for 20 minutes. Without fail, if i do it for a week straight, first thing in the morning, you have to do it as soon as you wake up,. push yourself up and lean against a wall and do it, or you just i it'll start to fall away. I find it tremendously helpful and ideal things in a much more relaxed, effective way.
