The American consumers love a huge ribeye at a high stake house. The Grocer consumer can't afford one that big unless it's cut so thin. Packers make more money on bigger carcasses, right? I mean, they they get paid more. And throughout this entire supply chain, we buy and sell our cattle on weight. Until the incentives are changed, you know, then it's just a real frustration for the grocers when they have to figure out what to do with these ribeyes that are too big for the trade.
