Do You Believe in Trigenic Harm?
There are people who have access to the best and the worst in every single one of those countries. So what we need is trying to obviously equalize things so we don't want those, you know, poor population being left out. I'll give you a few truths that I believe in. Don't take things at face value, even if the person telling it is old and seemingly wise. First, do no harm. Again, there are quite a few studies showing that trigenic harm is a common problem in bringing people into hospital or causing complications in patients. And as an intensivist, there's a time to jump and the time to sit on your hands.
