Can We Really Add Complexity to Our Services?
Five years in, it would have felt impossible to build a service like that. But five years in, if looking at where our customers see value, that's what they want. And so i was looking at the fact that many of our customers are getting that help elsewhere,. ingwel maybe were leaving money on the table. So we've been testing this, and we've got three clints where we're trying this higher level advice type offering - and we are charging those prices. We can deliver it well, but we're still learning the back end of how to systemize this and deliver it at the scale.
