How to Hire a Predictable Cash Flow Person

The salary will be between 50 and 50 to 5,000. So, if you had two months of the salary set aside, I think you'd be pretty safe as long as you have a fairly predictable cash flow and it sounds like you do. My guess is you're steadily growing since you've opened, but not necessarily hockey sticking up and to the right.
