Do You Have the Mental Capacity or the Bandwidth?

If you don't have the mental capacity or the bandwidth, cut it out for right now. Get those first three priorities done before you move on to the other activities. And then if you find that you have time and the desire left over afterward, fine. But there's so many things that are already sort of must do and are really critical in teachingthat I think those extras need to be extras.
