Is the Narrative a Good Control Condition?
The study found that people in the narrative condition cared more about racial inequality. That's not a very common finding, as you say, right? Oftentimes we talk about the power of story telling,. But herere the kind of story people in voke usyet, ull yourself up by your bootstraps. These people just have to work harder. And so i think this is really a special case, like i said, wherein knowing the data can help you really understand the magn tude of these inequalities between black and white americans in terms of wealth.
