The Trump Organization's CFO Has Changed Lawyers

Alan Weisselberg the CFO of the Trump Organization who is in jail on unrelated charges has changed lawyers from a Trump paid for lawyer to a new legal team. He's the person who can make this case much better than Cohen he though convicted of a crime really knows much more about the financial dealings than does Michael Cohen. If you've just got a Michael Cohen witness and documents and an argument that this was a payment made not to violate federal election law but rather just to protect his family it's a very trialable case.
