The most important thing in the breathing is how much air, dead air, I can take out of my system. My focus is because when I relax, they are coming in. So my concern, different than a lot of people, is not exactly inhale. It's exhale because my exhale is more natural and strong. And it's like the relaxed movement is inhaled. You're not even going to die by choking yourself. But soon you lose the pressure on the choke. You naturally start to inhale again.
