How to Avoid Selling Second-Hand Goods
In Singapore, there is no legislative to govern selling of second-hand goods. A ticket is considered a resale of an item. As long as it's not a scam, it is a valid transaction, it is not illegal. Even though under the TNCs, when you purchase a ticket for any ticketing agent, we forbid you to transfer or resale their customers and conditions within the decision. But how will you know and how can you check on that? It is very difficult for us to check.
