We make internal videos that explain the mission statement of the company in a way that sells them to the employees. And then you can even enter into retainer ducts where you say, look, we want to make these ten viteos. You see what i'm saying? And if you're not doing that now, going from 300 thousand to 600 thousands, it's going to be cake.
