The Goal Is to Develop a Habit
The goal is to develop a habit. An acquired mode of behavior that has become nearly or completely involuntary. When I jump in that podcast chair, there's no technicalities, no structure in questioning. I just do the thing. Why? We're running up on episode 300. Of course we did it long enough. It's a habit at this point. And then we, we, we spent mouthwash, tongue scraper. It's an unconscious comp. It's just something we do automatically mastery. This is called mastery.
