The Importance of Simpleness in Fasting

When i was a missionary and we would take people out to lunch, am i wasn't able to eat. So because i couldn't do that, i would just buy, i would buy for myself for lunch, whatever this other person got. And there's something about the simplicity of even removing our own preference, or ven our own will,. To the extent that i would often find like, hay, they actually ordered exactly what i want to eatand m and i had to have the humility to then eat the thing that i was wanting to eat. There's a fasting aspect even of that. It reminds me of the ina my fevor line, god bless you. My favorite line
