I would say the first step is always to have a conversation with an actual no divergened person. Then ova, like we've talked about before, it's just putting in those actual, actual steps. And then for example, if you're giving instructions in the workplay, it's about thinking, ok, not everyone might take verbal instructions. Some people might read them written. It's about sometimes just having that conscious effort to think that people do so differently,. People think differently, and not just thinking there's this homogeneous standardo people that need everything in the same way. So i absolutely support that. When people actually open up more its, its good for the industry
