The Importance of Internships

When you're an intern, you don't know the comparison to what normal is. You're just like, Oh, wow, this is what work is like all the time. So that's not really happening in our regular day to day. I got so much free swag and events all the time when I was an intern. But literally, I've worked at my current company for four years and I have not even gotten a single t-shirt.
