The Benefits of Rebalancing Your Portfolio
There is trading P and L that comes from rebalancing. If you happen to rebalance on a cycle, that is mean reverting, right? You can't just be a mean reverting asset, you have to like do it on the cycle of mean reversion. So they got like a sine wave, people are always like, oh, let's say it's amean reverting asset. But what I would argue is regardless of that, there is the ability to constantly bring the portfolio back in line with the portfolio.
