I was a junior going into my senior year in high school when I bought these apartments. After paying the loan off, we had a million bucks from that original $380,000 roughly a little over. Pretty good cushion. Now, did you have your dad or anybody else kind of advising you like, Hey, here's how you should structure this? Because all the family did was farmland.
