Are Mental Health Assessments Delivered to a Select Group of Immigrants?
Over the years, i've done something more than a hundred of these cases. Almost half have been asylum cases and then almost half have been what's called an extreme hardship waver. When we provide a mental health assessment for a case, it provides evidence for the case. We can come in and document the invisible scars of p ts, d, pression that helps provide evidence for their case.
