A Case Study of a Woman With a Multiple Occipital Abscess

She was transferred to the tertiary care facility for a higher level of care and neuro surgical evaluation. She had blood cultures drawn prior to transfer, and she was given a dose of vancomisen and piper silentes of bac as well as some dexmethozone for leodema in the brain. Her white butso count was 12 and her said rate was 124 at that time. After the transfer, she had an mri that demonstrated right occipital multi focal abscess, with the largest component measuring 3 point five centimeters by three point five centimeters,. And an additional smaller left occipital and frontal non restricting lesions.
