Chris: I spend a million pounds a year on management that people are not in service to run on my businesses. People like being part of the company. You've got to make sure that the problem, you know, yeah, that's your problem. And if you don't invest in that, then everything just does mediocre rather than outstanding. Follow one course until successful. Like don't just dive into more stuff until the other things finish, then start the next thing. Or if you're going to start new things, make sure you've invested in a top level management team. See what we were guilty of all the time? That's why I don't like this stuff quite so much
