The Integral Model of Mental Health in the Black Church
In the Black church, there is a tradition called testimony service or testimony time where people can stand up in community and they talk about basically the things that God has brought them through. According to a therapist, one on one can be a great option for many people. We need to make space for all of those things to be explored and talked about in the context of the rapids communities.
