The Chief Justice of the United States of America, John Roberts
John roberts received the highest rating among the 11 federal leaders included in a pole of, you know, prominent federal officials. Most people are not on the far right or left of twitter scotis conversations, and so they have no opinion of john roberts. He is an amalgamation of justice for most people. They don't hear a lot about him. So these people become totems, if you will, for their institutions because most americans do not, cannot name very specific feelings that they have.
