A lot of things are being tacked on and those are things that fall into the whole area of diversity, equity, and inclusion. A lot of that is coming on the HR practitioner's role to help solve and evolve. The strategy around getting people back into the office too, and what should our ecosystem and our work environment look like has also come on to their plate. And all of the transactional stuff that they were doing day in and day out is still there. It's the demand for the more strategic side that is growing and growing that we need to solve for. So, that's what I see coming on the practitioner is only going to continue.
