The Strength of the January Barometer

We're coming up to the end of January, going into February. There is a little bit of weakness usually that goes on at this time. We've seen January's performance come down in recent years. It's become a bit of a profit-taking period, especially mid-month. But there's a lot of bullish underpinnings here.
