Eating Fruits and Vegetables in Moderation

The idea of eating five fruits and vegetables a day is now being modified. The guidelines have been revised that the eat five a day should only be two fruits and three vegetables. If you want to do two servings please use low fructose fruits. One of the biggest recommendations in my book the longevity paradox was to eat in line with the seasons.
