Different Diets, Different Leverages

Each person responds differently too because you can put two people on the same diet. The general principles, as I said, are probably universal. On those, we probably don't disagree that much. Cutting out sugar is one of the main principles. Exercise is good, but inefficient for weight loss. Make sure you're not eating all the time to lose weight.
