Different Dosing Targets for Different Patients

There's a lot of differences in doses that are used in our unit. I don't give everyone the same dose at all. We have burns patients, neurosurgical patients who just have completely different pharmacokinetics to other crumbly old medical patients which may be in the ward. So this is where I think that there are different targets which are appropriate for different patients. But I think that you might have a bit of trouble convincing some units to participate in such a study.
