If you're in the 15% of people in doncaster who get a degree, then you're looking around for opportunities. If i move to london or manchester, oll ever, the set of opportunities is going to be much broader. We probably put quite a lot of weight on that selective migration story. I actually think we need to be careful not to lose sight of the fact that if you're born in one of those a places, you're less likely to get a degree because of your family circumstances and of course, the wider circumstances as well.
