I'm a white working class woman, so my parents believed in education exactly like yours did. And i remember when i was in business, that what made me feel an outsider was that the people at the top, particularly men, were very educated. I know we talk about divers groups going into business, but it's also got to do with class as well as race and gender. Don't you think thats cerinl i do? There is certainly son luck. So he had great ation, he had fantastic parenting and all that sort of thing. But then there'r still people who, when lightning strikes, aren't able to do something with it.
