LZ Granderson: I often joke that my coming to CIA was really about serendipity and a lack of a social life. LZ: My roommate at the time who worked for a congresswoman on the hill, and this was the mid-80s. She had bought tickets to a seminar that was going on about women in leadership. And so she asked me, did I want to go? So I went to this session, and it was two-day session. Over the night, there was a hijacking in Athens.
