Do Ukrainians Love the Enemy?
Most Ukrainians seem almost indistinguishable from the Varunish people and Western Russians but a few things that really seem different. The practice of taping people to a poll is very unnatural for Russians because Russians are capable of all the types of debauchery but tying people to the polls is not one of them. I would place this all into a very specific work in modern Ukrainian national psychology he says.
