There's a lot of secondary causes for C1, acquired C1 inhibitor deficiency. CBC basic metabolic panel and liver chemistry are all completely normal. Tryptase may suggest anaphylactic event if it's very elevated. The complement, the C1 inhibitor antigen could be normal in certain types of angiodema. It seems like the C4 is going to be down in both hereditary and acquired cases. But again, I'm with you guys on the fact that pralevaliadema can certainly be much more common than any other form of angioedema.
