He'd come up with this story and what had happened. When he came home, he worked for an airline. He was eight hours late coming home. And so that's a perfect example of look at it from this perspective. What a narcissist will do will hone in on how you ask the questions. We retreat, we become very lonely with shame because we know the marriage isn't right. But we're worried if we tell people because narcissists are very different in public than they are in private.
