When Can I Afford an Assistant?

If you're intent and crossing over that million dollars of mark in revenue, you're going to have to build a team. And so the question isn't when can i afford it? It's when would i make the choice that it would make centse for me, for my business? If you could give away 70, 80% of your day, then what are those activities that are so valuable that if you turned them from a 20 % of your day to a hundred%. Could it create enough value and scale inside your business to make that worth it? Humph. So i love tim, by the way, tim just goes and he just wants to go ski in the woods every day.
