Strong, positive, confident emotion is more persuasive than less. This is more important than the specific words you say. You might say very nice things, but you're just going to have low energy. That higher energy enthusiasm will generally work better. It's called pacing. If you want to get more detailed, you kind of start at their emotional level and then you raise it up and take them in the direction you want them to go. And that's what I mean when I say beautiful.
