And even the conversation or an admittance that maybe you're going through a darker time seems like you're an absolute failure in the face of everyone else who has their life together and things are going flawlessly. So I'd be curious to know when you see those trends on social media, do you see that it's actually causing even more anxiety around transitioning through these periods?
