The Implications of Disparity Discourse in the Professional Management Class

I think that there are, there is real commitment to diversity yeah I mean there's probably a little, you know, fake commitment to it but I think there's also real, real commitment to it. There has been a proper change in in the professional managerial class and elites. A lot of elites just like what you see is what where you get in that they believe in diversity and they believe in capitalism,. They buy and large avoid the question of economic exploitation and economic inequality because they focus on these other questions. As a result we've got this trans admiral, and we're getting more diverse as an elite.
