The Importance of Hiring People
I like doing everything myself and I've got at the point that I'm extremely happy with by myself. The freedom that comes with being a solo entrepreneur is really appealing to me. Some days I do think it would be nice to have a team of people that like just advance ideas with, but I know from experience I'm terrible at managing people. It's just being active in the community and making friends with other entrepreneurs and then just picking up on them.
