Kevin Johnson's new book, Men and Women in the Church is a short biblical, practical introduction. It was originally self published but Crossway asked if they could publish it because he needed to be updated. He revised so that the exegesis wasn't as much of an issue for some members of his own church who are now ordaining women. The author also illustrated basketball games between men and women using different balls.
