The Danish Pronunciation of Lego

Olekur Kirk had a contest with his employees in the 1930s. He was going to give a bottle of wine to whoever came up with the best name, but he chose his own. So the company was called Lego. All the original products, all the wooden stuff had the stamp of Lego on the bottom of it. In 1954, Godford realized that the only thing that they could kind of apply a systematic process to was these bricks of his dad's.
