How to Get the Most Out of Every Note

i don't use ever note as much as i used to any more, cause it's basically impossible to get your stuff out of. I was looking very hopefully at microsopt one noteubut. That's allso terrible for a bunch of reasons. So i feel like my whole goal is to touch every note directly as little as possible. But it is very rarely actually open on my screen, except for this brief phase wheres like, ok, i am going to extract from you what i need and put it in a text vial that ik take out just the actionable stuff that i actually want.
