Every business has a customer journey is actually a customer story. Joseph Campbell, the writer came up with the hero's journey. And that's basically the 12 acts that a hero in any story goes through from mythology to movies, TV, plays, books. It's really about five acts in a customer journey for marketing, but it's pretty much the same.
