Imposter Syndrome

I feel like there's so many things that build up as we grow up that kind of just impact the way we think. For example now that I'm working here I definitely feel that because for one I haven't worked with any senior management that hasn't been a white man. And then being a woman and I don't know if you guys feel the same way with your respective jobs but it's not that I don't think women are like powerful and like super confident but I feel like the way the society is built that when you know men say certain things and then the women say the exact same things it's taking two different ways. Itjust comes off from the way we've all grown
