The SACTER Family's Bankruptcy Settlement in the US

The SACTER family were the majority owners of Purdue Pharma. They will pay $6 billion to victims and to States as part of the settlement. But crucially, they will be allowed to remain outside bankruptcy and keep hold of their fortune. And actually, Europe all did a report in December, which suggested that fentanyl was the next big threat that could come to Europe.
