Terry Watkins' Rejection of Melch at Dinkle
Melch at Dinkle was charged again for assisting in the suicide of Mark Dreybra and attempting to assist in these suicide of Nadia Kajooji under the new legislation. He was found guilty and sentenced by Judge Thomas Newville, who gave him three years in prison. But the sentence was suspended as long as he abided by the terms of his probation for 10 years. Terry Watkins intended to appeal the sentencing again but we couldn't find anything to suggest that this happened.
