Stephanie: I think for listeners if they're following what Stephanie is referring to so adverse childhood events. We know that if you have a great deal of adverse childhood events you're at greater risk for not only autoimmune conditions, but also weight loss resistance. Cynthia: Those of us that have experienced quite a bit of trauma as as young people are more at risk for autoimmune conditions and so I've had several throughout my lifetime. It's really doing that deep inner work that can really get you a point where you could be in remission.
